Mr. Mario Rosati

Mr. Rosati has been with the Palo Alto, California law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since 1971, first as an associate and as a member since January 1975. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Mr. Rosati attended Boalt Hall, University of California, Berkeley and received his degree in 1971. He is a member of the firm's Executive Committee which is elected by the Members of the firm to manage the firm.

Mr. Rosati is also the managing partner of WS Investments, an investment partnership, composed of the Members of the firm and a trust for certain associates of the firm. WS Investments has invested in a number of emerging corporations over the years.
